40 Pair of Sox

This blog is about living with Bi-Polar disease and the issues I deal with on a day-to-day basis. It is about being true to one's self, family, and friends. There are struggles and triumphs, laughter and tears, but in the end, hopefully this blog will show that we are just human beings on a journey through life.

Expectations

I welcome your comments, observations, and stories about living with Bi-Polar. I do have some expectations and rules if you are going to share or make comments on this blog.

1. Play nice. There is no reason to be mean-spirited, make hurtful or derogetory comments here.

2. Be respectful. This blog is about my situation. Please recognize that everyone's experience with Bi-Polar is different. We can all learn and grow together. Don't discount another person's reaction with this disease just because it doesn't match your own.

3. No need for profanity. While you might find an expletive scattered throught this blog, it is not commonplace. I'll expect the same from you.

4. If I find it offensive I will delete it. I am not by nature a vindictive person, but if I find a statement particularly offensive, it will be deleted. This is after all my blog.

That's it. It's pretty simple actually. If you wouldn't do it during sandbox play with kids, then don't do it here.
